Anoushka Hem (she/her) is a storyteller, creative researcher, and artist with a passion for theatre, music, and digital humanities. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre at UCLA, with minors in Digital Humanities and History.
A lifelong learner, creator and storyteller, Anoushka strives to bring dedication and passion into everything she does.
Growing up in Hong Kong, studying her Bachelor's degree in Los Angeles with a study abroad semester in Madrid, Spain, and having spent countless summers and holidays in London, Anoushka holds a unique worldly perspective. Her global life experience has influenced her love for travel and storytelling, which she brings to all of the work that she produces.
As a theatre maker, she primarily enjoys stage management, but also delves into directing, performing and lighting design. As a musician, she has released original songs, including 'grace' and 'breakfast club <3', which are available on Spotify and Apple Music.
Beyond her work in performance and research, Anoushka is deeply interested in travel, personal growth, and storytelling across various mediums. Whether developing a stage production, analyzing the structure of a Broadway hit, or exploring the intersection of AI and the arts, she continuously seeks innovative ways to learn and create.
